Hi, my name is Nikki, I’m a friendly and welcoming person who works part-time as a primary school teacher. I enjoy travelling and meeting new people. I moved to Bristol from sunny Cornwall many years ago to study Art. I have a 27yr old daughter and live in a newly built 3 bedroom terraced house with a large garden. I have rented rooms for a couple of years. The house is situated in a friendly, vibrant and community spirited area of Bristol. The house is close to a popular street/area, which has a variety of different restaurants , cafes, delis, pubs and shops. There are excellent transport links: 10 Mins to the city centre by bus or a 20 mins walk. There is also a local train station (5 mins walk) with links to Temple Meads, Redland. Clifton/Avonmouth. Permit-free street parking and close to a cycle path (Bristol to Bath).
The house is warm and clean with WiFi.

About the Area
My house is situated in a very community spirited area of east Bristol, which is fairly close to the city centre. The area has some very popular restaurants, pubs, cafes & delis which provide a variety of multi cultural/ethnic food and friendly service. There are also a variety of shops offering a range of foods, spices etc. There are excellent public transport links: 10 mins bus journey to city centre (bus stop is 5 mins walk from house) or its a 20 mins walk to the city centre. There is a local train station (5 min walk) with links to Temple Meads, Redland, Clifton/Avonmouth. There is also a cycle path close to the house which goes from Bristol to Bath; permit free car parking (street).

Please keep bedroom, bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy after use.
Please unplug all chargers eg; telephone/laptops/tablets when not in the house.
No smoking in the house - smoking is allowed outside in the garden.
No candles in the bedroom please.
Please lock up when you leave the house.
If you want a visitor/friend to visit, you must ask the host first.
Payment in full on arrival.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
