Come and enjoy our Retro Inspired Studio Apartment. There is a cosy 1960's lounge area on one side and a 1940's Bedroom Snug on the other. We have recently installed a walkway through to the kitchen/ diner area so guests can now enjoy the place as a self-contained space. The 1950's Kitchen & Dining area can now be accessed from the lounge. There is a shower & toilet room on the same level but that is accessed through the hallway on the same floor as the Studio Apartment. Guests can also enjoy the back-garden.
(Please note: The Listing is for one private Studio Apartment with Lounge & adjoining Bedroom Area entwined (the bedroom is not fully separate but has a wall between the bed and the lounge).
The rest of the house is shared with the Host below on the Ground Floor.
The property is just 5 minutes up the hill from Brighton Station; so, perfect for commuters or Guests wishing to visit other places of interest in Brighton; as the house is not far from the Centre of the City.
Parking can sometimes be arranged with a neighbour over the road for £5 per day but cannot be guaranteed. (Please make arrangements for parking with the Host before the day of Check-In). There are other parking options but please bear in mind that Brighton has controlled parking areas throughout the city so sometimes it is better to come by train; when possible!

About the Area
Seven Dials Area: is just up the Hill from Brighton Station and has quite a lot of local Cafes, Bakeries, Delicatessens, Bars, Pubs and Restaurants that Guests can enjoy. Down the hill on the other side, it is a 5 minute walk down to London Road area that has a good array of High Street Shops, Bars, Restaurants & Two Supermarkets.

House Rules
Guests are asked:
- to maintain the house's security by locking all doors and windows before going out or going to sleep.
- To be mindful of Fire Safety by not smoking in the house and to also be careful of making sure that everything is turned off and safe after using electrical items
- To be mindful of not wasting energy (Guests will be charged for usage that exceeds £5 per day)
- To not bring unknown Guests back to the house or have people stay that haven't booked in
- to clean up after themselves (especially communal areas).

Our host Laureen was super friendly and helpul. The accomodation has a great location and a very cool and cute 60ties & 80ties vibe! Another plus is a small kitchen in the appartment.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
