I have a lovely large bright room available in my home. (Please read all of this description)
Furnished with a double bed, cupboards, underbed storage and a table and chairs. Its nothing flash but its clean and comfy.
The house itself is at the top of the hill overlooking the city in a quiet residential area, about 15 minutes walk to the town centre & train station. There are plenty of buses too for city centre and universities.
I am a mature woman who works full time and is clean and tidy. There is also a small rather timid rescue dog who is nervous with male guests who dont have experience around dogs.
The downstairs area is is open plan with dinning area and kitchen leading on to bathroom/toilet . Its pretty cosy downstairs but guests are welcome to share the use of the cooking facilities and small fridge & freezer. All dry goods need to be stored in your room

About the Area
Our house is located on the north east side of the city, in an area affectionately known as "Museli Mountain".
It is extremely easy to reach either by bus or on foot from city centre or universities. There are many local pubs within 5 mins walk serving a wonderful range of food and drinks.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Jody is a fantastic host! The house is very well located in the neighbourhood of Hanover, close to great pubs, parks and a 15min walk to the seafront. The house has all you need, and the room is a spacious double with big windows and a very confortable bed. I would totally recomend anyone staying there!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
