Hey, I'm Anoushka. I am a Primary Teacher living in a lovely little Kemptown flat, a 10 minute walk from Brighton centre. I enjoy hosting and meeting people from around the world. I do take pride in my personal space so appreciate clean, tidy and considerate people please.
Security Deposit
For bookings less than one month a 50% payment is required on confirmation of booking please, for payment protection in the event of cancellation. For long term bookings over one month, a security and damage deposit is required on completion of booking. Please enquire for details.

About the Area
The flat in Kemptown is a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Brighton, and 2 minutes walk to the seafront. Kemptown is a lovely little village full of cafes and local business shops. The bus stop is just outside the flat, with good transport links into the city centre, the train station and Hove.

Meals

Cosy and very nicely furnished apartment with everything you need. Very well located, the sea and city center are within walking distance.
Anoushka is one of the kindest and friendliest people I have met. She made me feel welcome right from the beginning. I really enjoyed having little chats with her. She was always available if I had a question.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
