I'm a mum to a mature 10 year old girl called Molly and a very well-behaved dog called Betsy. We're a really happy, fun and welcoming household. We enjoy having healthy lifestyles, walking our dog and doing arts and crafts. We provide a warm and welcoming environment for anyone who stays with us.
Fast broadband and laundry facilities are available for your stay. You're welcome to share communal facilities such as the living room and kitchen.
Our house is close to good rail and bus links to all the local major cities (Leeds, Bradford, Manchester etc). There is a bus stop right outside our front door. There are two gyms and a large supermarket across the road, and parks and canal walks close by. The countryside is only a short car journey away. Leeds-Bradford airport is a 10-15 minute drive away.
We have a double bedroom available with good storage facilities that overlook the back garden. It is a quiet room with lots of natural light. It can accommodate two people at an additional charge so friends and siblings are very welcome.
Downstairs there are two reception rooms: the living room and a large dining room. The cellar can store bicycles.
There is a small back garden which is south-facing so gets the sun all day.
Guests are welcome to join in with family life and family activities or have their own space.

About the Area
Our house is located on a main road, close to shops and other amenities such as gym, cafes, swimming pool etc. There is a bus stop outside the house and a train station which is a 10 minute walk away. The airport is a 10 minute drive away.
Bradford city centre is close by, and has a fantastic shopping centre and sports facilities. Leeds, which is even better, is a 12 minute train journey. Bowling, cinema and restaurant all close by.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
