We are a married couple from New Zealand and the Philippines. After spending nearly five years in the USA, we now call Dubai our home, where we enjoy hosting gatherings, sharing meals with friends, learning new things, engaging in fun activities, and cooking delicious meals.
About the Shared Space
Our 3-bedroom apartment is fully equipped with modern essentials, including a kitchen stocked with a cooker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, and a microwave. A washing machine with detergents is also available for your use. Feel free to use the cooking condiments, cleaning products, and toiletries provided in the home. Our space is a welcoming environment where we love spending time together and hosting activities like game nights, gatherings, and dinners.
The Room
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a private full bathroom. We warmly welcome guests to our cozy spare room, which is ideal for single travelers or couples. The room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe. The room is filled with natural light, creating a relaxing and productive environment, and it has a private bathroom for your convenience.
Area Description
Our apartment is conveniently located just 20+ minutes from Dubai International Airport and Dubai Mall, and 12 minutes from Mirdif City Center. A small grocery store, salons, and excellent restaurants and cafe's located near the building. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, providing access to City Centre Mall in a 30-minute bus ride or 12 minutes via Careem/Uber without traffic. The Dubai Metro Red Line (Centerpoint Station) is also easily accessible.
Other Things to Note
Please handle the furniture with care and avoid stains.
Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor terrace and outside the building.
Guests are expected to adhere to Dubai’s laws and regulations at all times.
Check-In Details
All guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports before the check-in date.
Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
Additional Services
Complimentary cleaning is provided before your arrival.
Additional cleaning, laundry, or other services can be arranged during your stay for an extra fee.
My husband and I are usually at home, as I work remotely, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to let us know. We look forward to making your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable!

About the Area
The apartment is located in front of Sharjah American International School in Ali Hussein Building (Building No. 33). Please note that there is ongoing construction in front of the building at the moment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
