We are in the university area, Blasco Ibáñez and Los Naranjos. I have two very nice and sociable kittens, we like movies, series, travel and sports, we have two very comfortable rooms and we rent them individually, although in certain cases and agreement / agreed price we can rent the two rooms.
I offer: television in your room and common areas, Internet, air conditioning, closet for clothes, mirror, floor with lots of light and comfort.
I am 35 years old and I like sports, socializing, watching movies, series, music, concerts, travel, nature and theater.
I speak English, Spanish and some Japanese.

My stay with Natalia was wonderful! Natalia was very attentive to her guests' needs, always willing to go above and beyond to make us feel right at home. I highly recommend her as a host, not to mention her two adorable cats. The apartment is ideally located, in a good neighborhood, close to the beach and only minutes away from the city center with the bus or metro. On a more personal level, I found Natalia to be a very inspiring woman. I very much enjoyed getting to know her.

Natalia is the perfect host. She helped us with everything, she is kind, smart, funny and a really beautiful person inside and out, couldn't ask for a better host and place to stay! Her place is in a central position to go in the center and to the beach so everything was near. Really enjoyed my stay and not just because Valencia is really amazing but also because I felt home. Thank you Natalia! :)

Natalia is an amazing host and a wonderful person - very kind and easy-going. I very much enjoyed staying with her and her lovely cats! The flat is located a short walk away from the beach (about 15 minutes) and it is fairly close to the city centre (20 minutes by metro including the walk to the station). The metro station is a 10 minute walk away and there is also a tram stop (also about 10 minutes on foot) and a bus stop just outside the building.There is a supermarket in the building and several lovely local cafes and restaurants that serve amazing food. It is a great place and I'll be sure to come back again!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
