We're a Family who offer a cozy and bright bedroom in an apartment with new construction, well located and good combination of buses and subway. We are two people at home and we have kittens named Freya and Prince and a bunny Frodo. You will find in our apartment tranquility, cleanliness and familiar treatment, especially for people who like animals.

Barrio con bastante actividad cerca a cafeterías restaurantes, bien comunicado a 5 minutos del metro línea roja L1 y autobuses que conectan a toda Barcelona. Muy cerca de centro comercial Montigalà a 10 minutos caminando y centro comercial La maquinista 20 minutos caminando, muy cerca también a parque fluvial del Besós a 10 minutos andando donde se puede hacer ejercicio ,caminar ,correr . etc.

Una estadía cómoda y confortable. Ximena muy atenta y cordial. La habitación y espacios tal y como se ven en las fotos. Nos llevamos unos gratos momentos.

Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit bei Ximena und ihrer Tante. Beide waren wirklich sehr freundlich und wir durften sogar in die Küche um uns essen zu machen. Die Nutzung der Küche ist eigentlich nicht dabei.
Die Wohnung war total sauber und das Zimmer wirklich sehr groß und schön. Die beiden Katzen waren auch sehr süß. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen dort zu wohnen.
Die Koffer durften wir auch den ganzen Tag stehen lassen.June 2022

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
