I live 15 minutes from the center of Madrid, in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent communications. You can walk to the Retiro Park .. It's a very safe family area surrounded by green areas .. Metro has a minute from the house and several bus stops ..It a quiet place ... yet very near all that want to see in Madrid.

The house is located in one of the best areas of Madrid .. It is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery and very familiar ... in turn has excellent communication and Metro Bus (1 minute) ... His situation lets walk (10 m) to the Parque del Retiro Bus ... and is 15 minutes from downtown Madrid .... It's a safe place surrounded by three schools ... and a beautiful park called the Parque de Rome .

Una anfitriona amable, simpática, educada y dispuesta ayudar en todo momento. El alojamiento situado en zona céntrica de Madrid, bien comunicado por bus, metro y taxis. Supermercados. A un agradable paseo del parque del "Buen Retiro". Volvería alojarme en casa de Montserrat.

Montserrat she is very beautiful and really nice , i enjoy a lot during my stay, we talk alot, l love her food, she invited me to a dinner before i leave , and the food was amazing, the place where i stay is comfortable, i recommend it for everyone and there is metro station very near to the house,it just 3 mints. and of course if i want to return i will stay with her again.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). When can I share my contact details?
