Charo and Julio live in the center of Madrid.
The apartment is a flat with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms.
Charo works in a business of his own, and July is working outside Spain, at this time.
Charo likes movies, music, theater, and dance. Julio is passionate about martial arts and sports.

About the Area
Our house is located in the district of Arganzuela a 15 minute walk from the Atocha station. It is located next to the mouth of Delicias meter. Very well connected to the center of Madrid, 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol metro. On the Paseo de las Delicias spend all bus lines that run in all directions Madrid. The museum area is nearby and also nearby Retiro Park, one of the most emblematic of this city parkland.

Mi estadía en casa de Rosario fue excelente, recibí un trato amable y respetuoso. La ubicación es muy buena de fácil acceso a los medios de trasnsporte. En síntesis mi estadía fue excelente.

I loved my stay at Rosario 's home. the location is perfect if you want to visit the city for tourism or if you are there for business. this was my first experience with home stay and i would probably repeat my choice on next trip to Madrid.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
