My house is near the center in the Porto area, well connected by metro and bus. Our interests vary from sports to photography and we are careful with the environment. We have 1 room available with clothes closet, desk and lamp.
Jose likes movies, music, concerts, festivals, photography, socializing, traveling, learning other languages, and nature. English, French, Italian, and Spanish are spoken.

About the Area
We are near the center of Madrid. When you confirm your reservation you will receive an email with our address so you will not have trouble finding us.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Please keep our house safe and make sure to lock the front door when you come in and out.
We are careful with the environment, therefore, please do not waste the resources of the house. Turn off the lights when you are not in the room, make sure to close the taps well so as not to waste water and make sure to turn off the kitchen after using it.
Do not occupy the common spaces, bathroom and kitchen, for too long (20 minutes or so), so you will leave space for others.
Please don't adjust the heating. Ask me and I will be delighted for you.
Keep noise to a minimum and don't use the shower after midnight.
You can wash clothes at home, but for safety reasons only I handle the washing machine, just give me the clothes and I'll take care of washing them.
It is not allowed to bring anyone to the apartment; if you want to invite a friend, tell me before.
The day of your departure you must leave the room and hand in the keys before 12 in the morning.
Enjoy your stay and take care of our house as if it were your own.
The room price includes the following services: room cleaning and internet connection.

Muy buen anfitrión, buena persona, respetuosa, sana y con buenas aficiones.
Mi estancia fue larga y más llevadera gracias a él. Recomendadisimo. La habitación soleada y el piso equipado con todas las comodidades. En la misma calle de un mercadona. Barrio tranquilo.April 2020
I had very nice stay at Jose place, I recommend! Room that I satyed was nice, sunny in the afternoon, bed was comfy too! Place is very quiet and clean. Jose was very nice, I had my own shelf in the bahroom, place in the fridge and cupboard:D House it's around 5-7 min walk to metro and 1 min walk to supermarket. The is also park near by. This part of Madrid is very pretty and I enjoed satying there! Thank you again Jose and wish you all the best! Marlena

Suciedad, frío y antipatía. Lo peor que he encontrado nunca. El bajo precio no compensa una experiencia tan desagradable. José, antes de ser tan exigente con tus huéspedes, ponte las pilas y arregla lo que hace ruido, limpia la mugre de la cocina.

Desgraciadamente tengo que decir que la experiencia con esta señora ha sido muy desagradable, para mi como anfitrion y para los demas huespedes, es una persona muy faltona e irrespetuosa con los demas, no creo que este capacitada para convivir con los demas, incapaz de atender a las reglas de la casa mas sencillas como no perturbar el descanso de los demas, incluyendo a los vecinos del edificio que tambien se quejaron.
Debo reconocer que ya habia sido advertido por otros anfitriones de que era alguien muy desagradable y que mejor no la admitiera, deberia haber hecho caso.October 2018

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
