In front of the entrance to the room you have access to the bathroom for shared use.

For comfort and privacy, we have a chair and table for those who work Home Office.
Ample closets and free drawers for short and long stays.

Large shared bathroom sanitized with perseverance for better quality and use.

With a very central location, it has a wide range of premises.

ON THE FLOOR

With a spacious duplex apartment and well distributed spaces, we have one of the few terraces in the neighborhood.
Our large TERRACES, interior and exterior, allow you to take advantage of the sun, even contemplating the good panoramic views of the city. As a plus we have a barbecue, jacuzzi and inflatable pool for the summer.

Our KITCHEN as a common area, is well equipped with appliances and utensils.
For your stay, there are exclusive spaces in the closets and well-sectored refrigerators.
We have and share basic products and food for cooking.
It also has a dishwasher, washing machine and products you need.
For long stays we invite those who can contribute with cleaning and domestic maintenance products (eg take out garbage, put away dishes).
We have COURTESY COFFEE, among various Starbucks packages and others that you can use and do it yourself.

We also have BATHROOMS on the first and second floors that are for common use.

The LIVING ROOM is for common use during the day with a Samsung Frame 44'' TV, we have various streamer platforms, a desk area and more views of the square.

HOUSE STAFF

We are 3 permanent residents who alternate being only 1 or all 3 at a time.

We also have 3 seasonal rooms available where there will be circulation between 1 or 4 people on the floor.

We organize ourselves by means of house rules, fulfilling the responsibilities of maintenance, order and cleaning described in the rules set out in the description of the reservation request.

About the Area

The apartment is located in the Pedro Zerolo square in Madrid, being one of the most important LGBT+ symbols in all of Spain. Day and night it is a very welcoming meeting point with terraces and a very active nightlife.

Our Chueca neighborhood, dominated by the LGTB+ culture, which in addition to its good functioning and daytime options such as shops, restaurants, bars, cafes... The night is also among the most active in Madrid followed by the neighboring bohemian neighborhood of Malasaña.

We have two corners of the apartment, Fuencarral street, where a variety of stores are concentrated.

We are close to Gran Vía, the main shopping street of Madrid as a center.

Close to Puerta del Sol, a cultural, tourist and commercial meeting point for gourmet experiences, entertainment and leisure throughout the area.

We also surround ourselves with cultural tourist spots such as the Telefónica Headquarters, a variety of theaters on Gran Vía, Paseo de la Castellana, the National Museum, Cibeles City Hall, the Cervantes Institute, the Fine Arts Circuit, the Bank of Spain, the Prado Museum, the Retiro Park. and other iconic sites to explore.

In summary, in less than 15 minutes walking you have a rich offer of activities in all the cosmopolitan aspects that Madrid can offer in the area.

House Rules

- Use of cigars, always in the outdoor areas, balcony or terrace.

- "DATE friendly". Bringing friends and dates is always welcome, respecting your privacy and discretion, we ask the same for shared use spaces, noise reduction, maintenance of order and cleanliness.

- Prohibited activities with any consumption of illicit.

- Pets, meetings, parties, barbecues, are welcome, with additional charges and more rigid reinforcement towards the needs of cleanliness, order, noise. Ask and consult previously with the host.

- Cooperate with the cleaning and organization of shared areas.

- Dirty dishes always inside the dishwasher and well organized for easy cleaning.

- Put away dishes after cleaning.

- Keep the kitchen countertop and bench clean after use.

- Organic waste inside the closet next to the
dishwasher, glass rubbish in a separate bag next to the general rubbish bin.

- Take the rubbish down to the urban bins in front of the building portal, when removing it from the domestic bins, replace the bags when removing them.

- Keep the toilet and sink in the bathrooms clean and in conditions of collective use. When possible after use, remove the rest of the dirt that is difficult to remove (eg mucus) that is left after use, with toilet paper or other cleaning tools that will be accessible in the bathroom or kitchen.

- Control air and heating.
Summer:
For daytime temperatures below 30°C we leave only ventilation on.
From 30°C the conditioned air between 22°C to 26°C.
Winter:
Seasons from 15°C to -2°C
Heating on from 9am to 1pm and 5pm to 1am with 25°C
Extra ventilation heaters in the bathrooms, exclusive for voluntary use in mode 1 (I), turn it off at the end of bathroom use.

- Stays of more than 1 month, it is added to the house group to be aware of the activities and responsibilities in the house routine.

Smoking Rules

Your host is a non-smoker.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
