Cozy and sunny room in a new urbanization with a paper court and swimming pool, in Sanchinarro, Madrid. Steps from Metro, Bus and Train. Very close to El Corte Inglés in Sanchinarro. Next to the La Moraleja de Sanitas Hospital and the Madrid Norte Hospital. 5 minutes from La Paz Hospital. In an enclave of Business Park.
In the house you can enjoy a peaceful and creative atmosphere, since I am a meditation practitioner and plastic artist.
Around and not far from here, we have two forest parks and the Juan Carlos I park, famous for its works of art and the Palace of Exhibitions of Nations.

About the Area
Sanchinarro is a modern, spacious neighborhood, surrounded by parks. Very well connected to Madrid Centro by train, bus and metro. A young neighborhood of family urbanizations with a dynamic and sporty character. In Sanchinarro there is one of the most important business parks in Madrid and several public and private hospitals in addition to the large shopping center El Corte Inglés de Sanchinarro. The neighborhood has a large cultural center and a very active multi-cinema.

We do not use softener unless it is strictly necessary, if we use it it is ecological.
We do not use colognes and spray deodorants.
We recycle cardboard and glass, we separate the garbage.
We take care of the silence of the house, and we respect the hours of sleep.
We maintain the cleanliness of everything we use.
We ventilate the spaces.
We let the sun in, it brightens, revitalizes and disinfects the house.

I loved living at Rosana's! She is very kind, and she always helped me when she could. The room has a lot of natural light. And the wardrobe is huge, the dask has drawers and there's a book shelf, so there is plenty of space to store your staf! I loved the room, I only missed a mirror from it. The kitchen is well equiped. The neighborhood is very nice and calm, there are green area, and grociary stores.
So I really loved living here!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
