Our Condominium is near the center which is the puerta del Sol. It is near Renfe train about 10 minutes walk from our place. We use Metro train and bus to go around the City and its about 5 minutes away from our place. We are near Supermarkets, Restaurants, Cafeterias, Bars, Museums, Computers stores etc. We have four rooms and only two rooms are to be rented. We are only 3 living here. We speak Spanish, English and Tagalog.

Our Condominiumis located near the center of Madrid which is Sol. It is very near the Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, Computer stores, Museums etc.

House Rules
We dont allow pets. We allow extra guest but with extra charge. No drinking and bringing more people in the place. We need to be quiet from our other guest. Check in will be at 1pm and check out will be at 12noon.

Una habitacion bastante grande, pero todo el piso huele Un poco. La cocina estaba sucia y Me dio asco. La ubicacion es bueno , cerca de Atocha.

È una casa davvero calda e accogliente. Ho apprezzato davvero molto l accoglienza , i modi gentili ,la disponibilità di Carolina e della sua famiglia. Non manca assolutamente nulla..è un appartamentino situato non molto lontano dal centro ed é vicinissimo alla linea metro e bus. Bellissimo posto e bellissime persone! Raccomandato al 100%

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
