Situada en una zona tranquila, muy bien comunicada con el centro, a 15 minutos en autobús y 30 minutos caminando. Frente al paseo del Rio. Muy cerca de la Casa de Campo. Posibilidad de usar 1 bici.
Soy una mujer con una hija de 15 años. Sala de estar que se puede usar, con T.V. y aire acondicionado.
Disponemos de una habitación para dos personas con una cama doble y otra con una cama pequeña para un niño/a y tenemos 2 baños.
Podemos recoger huéspedes en aeropuerto. Hablamos español, inglés y francés.

About the Area
Nuestra casa está situada en el centro-sur de la ciudad. Muy bien comunicada con coche, al lado de la M-30. A 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad en autobús y 30 caminando. A 15 minutos caminando de "El rastro" (mercadillo emblemático de Madrid). En frente del Paseo del Río, enfrente del Estadio de fútbol "Vicente Calderón" y muy cerca de la "Casa de Campo". A 10 minutos de la estación de tren de cercanías "Pirámides" que conecta con el aeropuerto.

Nieves encantadora, la ubicación del piso muy buena y la habitación perfecta con un extra añadido al tener cuarto de baño en la misma habitación. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a repetir la experiencia. Muchas gracias Nieves.

Nieves is a very nice, polite and hospitable person. She's helpful and sweet in everything.
Her apartment is quite central, and you can reach the center of the city in about 15 min., with bus number 50 (last stop : SOL), bus n° 17 (Plaza Mayor) or Bus n° 15 (Ópera).
The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable. If you take the double room, you have en suite bathroom.
She gave us a lot of useful information about Madrid!
She has a super sweet and playful dog and a lovely daughter.
I would definitely recommend her apartment and I would probably stay with them again when I'd go back to Madrid.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
