The house is a semi-detached house in a quiet urbanization. A residential area next to the bus stop that goes directly to Madrid-Moncloa. Close to the leisure area, cinemas (Heron City), shopping area (Las Rozas Village), sports center, sports courts, parks and areas where you can ride a bike and play sports. Ideal if you like the outdoors, the tranquility and the comfort of a family.
We are a family made up of a married couple and two teenage daughters. We are easy going and have a lot of family life, we like to watch movies on the weekends, ride our bikes, go hiking and travel. We are used to other cultures and speak English and Spanish. We like to learn about other cultures, customs and teach our own. We highly value educated, respectful and clean people. We have a pet… a bunny that is our baby. We do home cooking and enjoy trying new things.
The room is on the ground floor next to the garden, where you can have breakfast or have a coffee, it has a double bed and a desk. The bathroom has a shower and is for the private use of the guest, except for occasional use with a visitor. It has common areas such as the living room with a 55" smart TV, garden and kitchen. The room includes sheets, towels, light breakfast, wi-fi, water, gas and electricity. For stays for weeks/months, cleaning is included and the change of sheets and towels once a week.
Available: computer, printer, parking at the door, bus 20 meters away, use of garden, swimming pool (in season), tennis court, hair dryer, usb charger, adapters to international plugs, bicycle.
Additional paid services: printer, transport (airport, Madrid-Moncloa, train station), laundry (washing and/or ironing), cleaning, breakfast, lunch, dinner. For other services, ask.

Our house is located in the northwest area, 20km from Madrid, with a bus at the door to Madrid-Moncloa, close to hospitals, shopping centers such as Las Rozas Village, Gran Plaza and Heron City, schools and sports centers. Parking at the door, bike path and well connected by road.

House Rules
No noise can be made after 11 pm, the kitchen is for the exclusive use of the family, its use is only allowed for long stays. You can not bring guests or pets and you can not smoke inside the house.

je suis partt de France pour aller a Madrid, j'ai passé deux semaines chez Belen, je suis déçu de ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps. Toute la famille est très accueillante et chaleureuse, ils sont toujours là pour vous aider en cas de problème, on s'y sent comme chez nous !

Me encantó alojarme en casa de Belén, una anfitriona muy atenta; la casa muy bonita y todo muy limpio; la habitación tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, incluyendo un escritorio para teletrabajar y/o estudiar; todos en la familia son muy atentos, amables, compartí con ellos varias comidas, conversábamos de todo, y el conejito un amor. Los recomiendo!

Belén and her family were the kindest, most welcoming hosts. I had the best time having meals together and enjoying various activities around town. Her home is located in a very safe neighborhood, close to the Madrid city center. I would love to stay at her home again if I get the opportunity. Thank you, Belén!

He estado muy cómoda en la casa. Belén es una persona muy simpática y una excelente anfitriona. La habitación es grande y luminosa. El baño estaba en buenas condiciones. La zona es bastante tranquila y muy bonita para pasear. Hay un centro comercial y una zona con gran variedad de restaurantes a unos 20 minutos de su casa andando. También se puede coger el autobús. Fue una estancia muy agradable. Muy recomendable !
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
