We are a small, friendly family living in a residential area close to the city of Valencia. We can offer a large, well-equipped, single bedroom with a shared bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite washroom. We live in small development where we enjoy free access to lovely gardens, a swimming-pool and tennis and paddle-tennis courts.
I live with my daughter and my dog. As a family we are easy-going and open-minded. We really like having people staying with us. We also love learning about other cultures and grab every opportunity to do so.
The flat is distributed in three floors and has several spacious terraces, where we are able to enjoy our Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures and lot of sunlight.
Our town, Bétera, is set in beautiful surroundings full of orange groves. The nearby mountains of the Calderona, affords outdoor activities such as horse-riding, hiking, and cycling all year round. Furthermore, the seaside is only a short car ride away!
I do know we can have a wonderful time if you come to our home, and we will also be happy to offer you any help you may need during your stay with us, such as information about local amenities, public transport, etc.

Después de 6 años llegábamos nuevamente donde Sara en su casa muy acogedora…y nos sentimos como llegar en la casa de una amiga. La bienvenida fue excepcionalmente agradable. Sara es una súper anfitriona y siempre nos sentimos a gusto. Realmente podemos recomendar una estadía con ella, no dudes cuando estas buscando una estancia agradable y acogedora en Valencia/Bétera. No te quejarás.

Sara es una anfitriona extraordinaria. Fue una maravilla compartir este tiempo con ella y su hija Ana. Nos lo pasamos muy bien! La piscina muy agradable y las habitaciones tal y como se ven en las fotos. Limpieza impecable. Muy recomendable.

Nous étions venu "pour affaires" afin de faire avancer notre projet d'expatriation dans le "Valenciana".
En la personne de Cara nous avons trouvé chaleur, joie de vivre, discrétion et surtout une gentillesse incommensurable.
Le lieu est calme, à la lisière de la ville, des commerces sont à proximité immédiate. Il est à 35 mn en voiture du centre ville de Valencia. Son accès ne pose aucune difficulté particulière avec l'assistance d'un GPS - Google maps ou Michelin (préférable).
A tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un moment inoubliable nous recommandons Cara et Nina son adorable petite chienne cabotine en diable...Host reply

Nos encantó habernos quedado con Sara. Muy amable y servicial en todo momento. A demás, flexible con nuestra hora de partida. No tuvimos problemas con el transporte de Bétera a Valencia. Súper recomendable alojarse aquí. Si vuelvo a Valencia definitivamente regresaría a hospedarme aquí

Sara et sa fille Ana ont été de délicieuses hôtes. Leur appartement est très agréable et spacieux. Elles ont été à l'écoute de nos attentes pour pouvoir découvrir dans la bonne humeur leur cadre de vie et nous adonner de bonnes idées de balade. Une adresse où il faut s'arrêter pour découvrir un peu de la culture espagnole.

My boyfriend and I stayed with Sara, her daughter Ana and their dog Nina for 15 nights. Sara and Ana were exceptional hosts, they made us feel at home and were extremely generous through out the stay. The breakfasts they offered were delicious and filling. Valencia is easy to get to, only a 30 minute metro ride, and Sara gave us a lift when she was going in to the center. Bétera is a lovely town and we spent many days relaxing by the pool. We can't thank Sara and Ana enough, they are two very kind and friendly people. We would love to return one day.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
