About the Area
The apartment in located in the center of Benalmadena (Arroyo de la Miel). The beach is 20 minutes on foot, walking through the lovely Paloma Park or 10 minutes by bus. Bus stop opposite the building.
It has a selection of fashion boutiques, good restaurants, tapas bars, lots of local entertainment all year round.
There is also a local medical center, two local hospitals, one of them private. Benalmadena offers a great range of sports activities such as: paddle surfing, kayak, diving and so much more.
The Neighborhood
This neighborhood is very safe. The extended family can be seen slowly strolling after dinner.
There are a number of bars to dance, where locals just enjoy themselves.
Getting Around
There are cheap local buses to nearby towns, such as Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas or further a field such as Malaga city center.
The choice is yours Bus, Train or Taxi. All these modes of transport can be found in the CENTER of Benalmadena (Arroyo de la Miel) . Two minutes from the apartment!!

The booking will be complete once I receive the total amount of the reservation by Paypal.
When you book I will send you my Paypal link for you to pay the booking.
During the peak months like summer, the cancelation policy is strict.
I will only refund the money in the case of a severe illness or death (proof needed)
We expect our guest/s to be conservative.
Use headphones if playing music or watching video.
Remove shoes used for the street and change into house slippers.
Wash hands directly when entering the apartment to minimize germs.
Keep voices down at night, so as not to disturb my neighbors.

Very lovely hosts!! Came with good recommendations for us to go see in benalmadena and malaga. The bedroom is maybe a bit small when you have a lot of luggage, but it was good enough for us. Very clean bathroom with nice shower. Plenty of privacy throughout the day, sometimes almost like a private appartment. Really nice! Had a great time, also with the hosts, and did see beautiful things! Thank you so much again for everything!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
