- Do not smoke or consume alcoholic beverages inside the accommodation, as well as do not arrive in states of alcoholism or drug addiction that affect the tranquility and safety of the neighbors of the building and or of the people who are staying.

-Do not shout on the floor or in the common areas of the building.
-Do not bring anyone who is not within the reservation to the accommodation.
-Do not touch things that do not belong to you.
-Do not enter anyone else's room.
-Keep the bathroom and common areas clean.
-The towels and toiletries that you find in the shower are for the private use of the members of the house (2 sets of towels will be available in the room for your use).
-Do not hang clothes above fans and heaters. DUE TO DANGER OF
FIRE!
-Loss of keys will have an additional cost of 70 Euros.
-Hours of silence from Monday to Sunday starting at 11.00 PM
-NO KITCHEN AVAILABLE IN

El alojamiento fue muy cómodo y muy limpio. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, a 300m de la Sagrada Familia.
Judith fue muy amable y no tuvo problema de recibirnos con una sonrisa a pesar que llegamos a la 1:30AM, también tuvimos una linda conversación con ella.
Realmente recomiendo.Gracias Judith!

Judith is very friendly, kind, and helpful. She can respond any of my questions. The room is clean and comfy. Bathroom is also fine and has plenty of hot water for shower. I really enjoyed the stay with her. Highly recommended!!

Good stay overall, Judith is a very pleasant host who lets us live. I just have to warn you on certain points before booking with Judith, we showered very regularly with cold water (not enough hot water for everyone despite quick showers), you should also know that Judith receives people in the mornings (7 a.m.) who ring the bell and therefore it wakes us up and we hear conversations through the walls. (I think it's a sad not to respect the sleep of your guests) That doesn't bother us because we got up early, but if you go there for vacation, don't expect wake up at 9-10pm

Judith is a lovely and welcoming person, who made it easy to feel at home in her apartment. It’s centrally located near Sagrada Familia and public transport options. I highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to stay in a comfy home away from home and explore the beautiful city of Barcelona!

Necesite la plancha de ropa pero no estaba disponible. Por lo demás corresponde adecuadamente a la descripción.

Tienes toda la razón Erika, y te pido nuevamente disculpas, pues por motivo de un viaje imprevisto (como te lo comenté) no pude estar presente para proporcionarte la plancha, por la general si está disponible para mis huéspedes. Lo tendré en cuenta para casos futuros.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
