We're an Italian couple living in Barcelona for more than 10 years now. We love to travel and knowing people from other cultures!
We are "pawrents" so you'll find a little crazy love bomb around the house. It's very friendly but we try it doesn't disturb our guests

Our home is just 5 stops away from the very center of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya). In 8 minutes you'll be visiting all the tourists places yet will be able to rest in a very nice residential neighborhood from the upper Barcelona!

We kindly ask you to take off your shoes when coming in, close doors gently and no loud noises after 22:00 (so we keep our neighbors happy!).
Please notice that we work from home, so unfortunately we can't offer access to our living room and kitchen.
Check-in: From 12:00-15:00 (for late check-in kindly ask).
Check-out: 10:00.
Guests can't invite other guests home. Please do not take the towels with you for the day as those are for using at home.
Once you've booked our home for your stay in Barcelona, we'll send you the payment details and ask for the guests ID by email or whastApp.
Cancellation policy: If a guest cancels a reservation with at least 15 days before check-in they're eligible for a 60% refund. The accommodation costs are forfeited if Homestay guest decides to cancel with less than 7 days till check in.

Really nice stay! The room was incredibly comfortable and was located very conveniently from the metro station. Carlo and Sara were accommodating hosts and were happy to offer advice on activities and events in Barcelona.

Prise qui ne marche pas, pas de lampe chevet, pas d’espace travail, chien qui aboie tout le temps, consignes pour chaussures données trop tard, chambre minuscule et surtout appartement lugubre…alors oui probablement fait bruit en sortant mais invivable à ce prix là

We were wellcome in their home and they gave us all the explains we needed. Their flat is near the underground to go in the center of Barcelone and then go to visit much things. Near too: a shop, a market, and a bakery where they sell good breakfast! Everything was good!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
