We are not in the city center, we are about 25 minutes away by metro.
You can use the kitchen for breakfasts and quick meals, we will leave you space in the refrigerator.
Be careful, we have a cat (a little wild), if you are allergic or do not like cats, we think this home will not suit you.

About the Area
The La Teixonera neighborhood is not located in the center of Barcelona but about 20-25 minutes away by metro or bus.
But it is a quiet neighborhood, with a pharmacy around the corner and some small supermarkets nearby.
You have to walk to Calle Dante or Calle LLobregos to have a drink, have breakfast or eat (5 to 10 min walk, 1 metro stop).
We are close to the blue line of the metro, and there is a bus stop 1 minute from the portal.
From the airport, you should take the metro (Ojo is closed after 12 noon every day) L9 to Collblanc and there change to the blue line (L5) to El Coll La teixonera.
We also have a bus stop 2 minutes from the door.

No pets and no smoking in home.
Our room is on the other side of the floor so noise doesn't worry us, but we work weeks and weekends so please don't be too loud.
Visitors cannot be received and parties cannot be held.
Respect the place and leave the kitchen as they found it. To the extent possible, use the kitchen for light meals and breakfast.
When you contact us for a reservation, please tell us what time you arrive at the airport or train station and what time you plan to arrive at the house. So we can check with our schedules if possible.

Alexandra est une hôtesse accueillante, sympathique et serviable. La chambre bien que petite est agréable. L'appartement est très propre. Le logement est excentré mais très bien desservi par le métro et se situe dans un quartier très calme.

Para mí mujer y para mí fue una suerte estar en casa de Alexandra, además de sentirnos como en nuestro hogar por la comodidad de la habitación, también nos facilitó mucho la estancia en Barcelona. Por otras razones tuvimos que volver a Barcelona y volvimos a repetir alojamiento y si vuelvo volvería a repetir.

It was a great stay with Alexandra! She and her husband are amazing hosts! The apartment is very nice and clean, great location! Alexandra is friendly and smiley, very easy to talk to. We are so happy we stayed with them. I strongly recommend!

L'appartement est bien placé, proche des transports en commun et du centre-ville. Rien à redire pour la chambre et la salle de bain. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'essayer la cuisine qui semble être bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais disponibles si vous avez besoin d'aide ! C'était la première fois que nous dormions "chez l'habitant" et nous réitérerons. Enguerrand et Xiaolan
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
