We are Angie and María, a couple living in Barcelona with our dog, Ariz. Our days revolve around simple pleasures: cooking, coffee rituals, bike riding, movie nights, and walks with Ariz around the city.
Our space is a beautiful Spanish-style flat that we have converted into a cosy home. Welcoming people from all over the world to share the peace of our home fills us with joy. The place is generously lit, quiet and adorned with greenery. There is always coffee and tea available, and a hammock for quiet moments of rest.
If you are looking for a warm and cosy place, we will be happy to open our doors to you.

About the Area
Our home in the Sant Antoni neighborhood is perfect for travelers who love exploring the city's rich cultural offerings, from art to food and everything in between. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and markets in the area. The Airbus from/to the airport is just one block away, making it easy to get to and from the airport. And many of the city's most popular tourist attractions are within easy walking distance.

Check in: 15 hrs / Check out: 12hrs
The first day of your arrival, you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation. Payment can be made through transfer or cash.
A deposit of 15% will be charged on your arrival. This amount will be returned at the check out if the room is in proper conditions as you found it.
While we want you to feel at home during your stay, we kindly request that you follow our rules:
- Parties or inviting extra guests to the apartment are not allowed. For security reasons and since this is our home, no person or companion who is not registered on the platform will be allowed to enter any space in the house.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Please keep the room and the spaces you use clean.
- When entering the building please moderate the noise specially if you arrive at late hours.
- After 23hrs moderate the tone of voice.
- The space of the shower is for one person at a time.
- Leave all kitchen utensils clean.
- Cooking fish is not allowed.

The room and the house are clean and lovely, the neighborhood is perfect, the hosts are very kind, friendly and caring. We really loved Barcelona and this experience in general. Highly recommend

Me and my friend loved staying at Angie's and Maria's place, very cosy appartement, Central in Barcelona city and stop to go to the airport nearby but most important very lovely ladies
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
