We living in the Clot, it's a typical neighborhood with wineries, market and great architecture, our house is located in a building built in 1920.
We are a couple with an extra room for you. We are close to the downtown and the sea. We love bicycles, art and cooking. Nati is a nutritionist and I'm a bicycle mechanic.

About the Area
We are in Clot neighbour, in a typical building built in a 1920, close to the metro and train station Clot. Our house is 15 minutes walking to the Barcelona Downtown and 20 minutes to the beach. We are close to the Glorias commercial center, and encants vintage market.

I felt so welcome at Juan's place. He and his girlfriend are amazing and both are so helpful. It was a really comfortable stay with funny coffee talks. I am so happy for chosen it. It was a pleasure to meet both. Thanks a lot :)

Un très grand problème.....la chambre est séparé par un mur avec les toilettes
Et les toilettes sont équipées par un extracteur pour dégager les mauvaises odeurs... mais dégage un grand bruit
Insupportable et comme l'hote se réveille à 7 heures du matin pour aller au travail
Alors fini de dormir... j'ai acheté des bouchons pour oreilles.. mais pas pratique
Mais l'hote et sa femme sont très serviable

I could not have imagined my stay in Spain with Juan and Nati any better.

I’m so grateful that I came across listing while planning my trip to Barcelona. It is really well-priced compared to other homestay options which shows the genuine nature of Juan & Nati. I’m forever thankful for how understanding and helpful they were throughout the 2 weeks I spent there.
Their apartment is well-kept and they let me use whatever applicances I needed to make sure I has a comfortable stay. It is located in a really sweet quiet area with a cute square full of everything you need from cafes and restaurants to supermarkets and pharmacies just a couple blocks away. Public transport is also very accessbile so you can travel easily to the centre, the beach or toursit attractions.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
