Big bright sunny space in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Location could not be better, near to every major metro & train station. This flat is situated above a small plaza of various restaurants and wine bars.
A large, sunny room with a large pullout bed fitted with a nice mattress topper, attached to a big bright living room, both with view on the Square. The bedroom is fitted with a projector with chrome cast, large dresser, hanging rack with plenty of hangers, Full length mirror & cosmetics mirror , a set of towels, and a standing fan.The kitchen is fitted with kettle, coffee maker, and all the basics for cookings and seasoning. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with one other person.
- Located 2 minutes from Plaza Jaume 1 and the Ramblas.
- 5 min walk to the metro and, one stop away from Barceloneta beach.
- You will find bars, restaurants, street performers, and little cafes whilst wandering the windy streets in the area

Cancelation policy:
The cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time, the 25% deposit made is kept as cancellation fee.
Payment Policy:
I request a 25% deposit be made Via paypal to confirm booking.
Upon arrival the booking must be paid, also via paypal. If you do not have paypal let me know and we can discuss alternative options.

Hey guys! So I am a pretty relaxed person but there are a few things I thought best to include to keep good vibes in the house:)
- Please take your shoes off when you enter the flat
- Feel free to use the kitchen, just wash your dishes after please
- Please respect our home but feel comfortable! Treat my home as your own

Nina is a kind and responsive host. She set up our bed comfortably and vacuumed everything prior to our stay.
The apartment is centrally located right in the middle of Gothic Quarter: lots to do nearby, bustling all afternoon/evening. The room is spacious and bright. Ambient cigarette smoke can come in if you leave the windows open.
She was taking care of a friend's cat during our stay and the cat would often come out. It was bothersome since I have a cat allergy, but keeping the room door shut helped.September 2023

Wonderful place! Comfortable apartment, excellent host! Very good location! We enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend it.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
