In front of green areas, and near to parks. With supermarkets and bars in the area. Breakfast available if needed (self-service). Buses and metro in the area. Alfons X Station, directly to city center an the beach.

Alex was welcoming and we almost had the appartment for ourselves. 10 minutes of walk from the appartement to the Sagrada Familia and 25 minutes to Parc Guell. Good experience.

Alex is a very kind host, he was rarely at home so, even if the apartment is not big, we had plenty of space. The room is a bit small for two people but everything is new and clean. The flat is on a ground floor but the position is unique: metro stop and Sagrada Familia at a walking distance (less then 10 mins).

Alex was absolutely lovely! Hardly every home, so felt like it was the place to myself. But the few times I did see him he went out his way to be the most accommodating host! Even gave me a tour of the city. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I really recommend staying here, everything was perfect and the price is unbeatable. It is at a great location, not far from La Sagrada, every attraction is reachable also by foot. There is private bathroom which was very important for us. We didn’t even really meet with the host during our stay because he was not really at home and during the day we were also outside at the city. I would definitely staying here again.

Alex is very friendly, was interested us. Asked questions if everything was ok. For four days we had a free apartment in very good localization. When you go out you see peak Segrede Familia, you have a few minutes to near Metro Station. I'm very recomendet this place. Greating from Poland, Alex.

This is an economical homestay with nearby food stores, a comfortable walk to Sagrada Familia and with buses to access the main tourist district and Park Gruell (also in walking distance). Alex was not home much so we usually had the place to ourselves.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
