Apartment located in the historic Gothic Quarter, in an unbeatable location next to Plaza Cataluna, ramblas, Boqueria market and cathedral.
It is a double room for two people with en suite bathroom, has a private terrace
The room has a 1.50 x 2 high quality mattress
There are two spaces plus the terrace, in one of them there is a refrigerator, water heater, tea , coffee and cookies for breakfast.
The bathroom is private for guests and has hair dryer, champoo, aconditioner and soap, towels are also provided.
Wifi is available.
The building has an elevator and is a 1st floor.
The street is very quiet, but is located in a very central location where you can walk to all places of interest.
It has all the metro and bus lines to move to other parts of the city.

About the Area
The flat is at the best location in Barcelona, in the old town "Gothic quarter" with the most important attractions around, cathedral, arquitectonics remains, scarce mts to all the trains lines, metros and buses, Ramblas, Boqueria Market, restaurants, shops and all the service around. The flat very calm atmosphere, it is very clean being in a very quiet street. I have a lot of experience with hospitality and I´m always happy to meet people and give you a warm welcome to the city that I love.

Superbe appart ! Chambre propre, spacieuse et agréable, avec grande salle de bain/WC privée et petite terrasse où l'on peut mettre à sécher du linge. Emplacement idéal en plein cœur du quartier gothique. Pas de clim mais ventilateur top et mini réfrigérateur/freezer dans la chambre, ce qui est très pratique ! Juan avait également mis à notre disposition de quoi petit-déjeuner, ce que nous avons bien apprécié. Hôte très accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien chez lui et Juan a répondu présent à chaque fois que nous avions besoin de lui. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous séjournons de nouveau à Barcelone et nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Fantástica experiencia, Juan es un host perfecto muy amable y siempre disponible (se ofreció también de limpiarnos la habitación después de 3 días por un problema del baño).
La habitación es muy bonita y la terraza también.
Zona perfecta para ir en cualquier sitio en muy poco tiempo.
Si vamos a volver a Barcelona seguro volveré allí!July 2023
Our stay at Juans place was awesome! The room and the bathroom were really nice and clean. It had a fridge and he left us some water, cookies and orange juice, which was awesome when we arrived!
Also the location was perfect since it was literally around the corner of La Rambla but you didn't hear any noise at all but felt right in the heart of the city!
The communication was also really easy and Juan was so nice an welcoming, we would definitely recommend staying there, gracias!!

An amazing place with an excellent host! Ask if we wanted to have new towels, arranged a fridge and even brought in a fohn without asking it. We would defiantly come back and will recommend this place to others!

Alles fabelhaft Mein Mann und ich haben 4 Nächte bei Juan übernachtet. Das Apartment sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber und ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem perfekte Location für die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Barcelona! Auch hat alles reibungslos geklappt, von Kommunikation, über Schlüsselübergabe und Juan war unkompliziert für Fragen und Wünsche erreichbar. Vielen Dank Juan!

We really enjoyed staying in this accommodation! It is very close to La Rambla, Gothic Quarter and the port. The room is very cozy and even though it doesn’t have a window, it is very easy to get some air in through the terrace door. The room+the “hallway” to the terrace are very spacious and you can move around easily. The bathroom is very clean and spacious as well. You can also enjoy privacy since the door can be locked by key. Juan Pablo was very attentive and left tea, coffee, biscuits, water and maps.
I really recommend this place!!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
