An apartment set in eixample Barcelona. Right next to the sagrada familia basilica and Avinguda Gaudi. There are several parks next to the home, a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and Hospital Sant Pau 800 meters away. 100 meters from two metro lines, bus stops and taxis. Double room and sofa bed. With elevator, internet, washing machine plus dryer and full kitchen. Access to all parts of the house. It is a very quiet farm.

I loved staying here. It was so close to everything. Blanca was an amazing host. She was so nice and friendly and even made as an amazing lunch!! Definitely recommend staying here!

Very good host! We arrived very late but that was not a problem for Blanca. She was very friendly and the apartment is nice. She did not disturb us anything and when she was at home she was mainly in her own room. I reccomend Blanca very much and i would absolutely choose her as hos again!

I had a fantastic stay at Blanca's place in Barcelona. The location couldn't have been better – just a few minutes walk from the stunning Sagrada Familia and surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, and easy access to the metro and other attractions. Blanca's apartment was impeccably clean and neatly organized, and the bed was incredibly comfortable for a good night's rest.
Blanca was a wonderful host, always available and ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Her adorable daughter, Iris, and their lovely dog, Lola, added a warm and friendly atmosphere to the stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
