Quiet apartment currently occupied by 2 people without children, very quiet and bright, the ideal place to rest quietly, also very close to Sants station, near the center and very commercial.

Please note that the house will be shared with the owner and with other guests, and that the bathroom is not private for your exclusive use, but shared. There is no A/C and smoking indoors is allowed.

Très accueillant, parle Francais tranquilité calme on se sent à l'aise comme a la maison . Quartier jolie proche de l'endroit ou on voit le plus beau couché de soleil de la ville A 1heure 20 a pied de la plages accessible en métro . Merci. Plus tard

¡Una estancia estupenda gracias a Kiavash! La comunicación fue excelente y la estancia en su lugar fue muy agradable. Se encuentra a apenas 10 minutos andando de la Estación de Sants.

The perfect place to stay in Barcelona. The place is located near Entenca station and it’s a perfect etc location in Barcelona. Talking about the host, Kiavash was a super cool and supportive person. He is a disciplined body builder and above all he is a good, kind hearted man. Personally I would recommend this place. Coming to Barcelona for the first time, Kiavash was there to help me with everything and I loved the entire experience.

Kia s place is the best.peaceful and clean.Its right in the centre and metro and buses pass by the door.Kia was very helpful, gave me a lot of privacy and very easy going.I highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Barcelona and will definitely stay again when i return.All amenities are there and he helps with places to buy and recommendations on best available options.I loved my stay so very much and i 100% recommend.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
