My home is very quiet and safe, there is a lot of order and organization. There is a happy and renewed atmosphere.
We are a happy and very sociable couple
The apartment has two bathrooms, one is mine and my husband's and the other bathroom is for you and another room!
The comfortable room has a large wardrobe and a fridge. The double bed is very comfortable 135x190cm. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare your breakfast or dinner if you wish. (Not large meals)
But we will also give you information about good places near the apartment so that you can have breakfast for very little money;)
On the ceiling there is a fan for hot moments.
*Cozy small room*: it is a very comfortable small room, it has a good closet and a desk and chair. It also has a double bed of 135x190cm
The apartment has two bathrooms, one is for you and another room and the other bathroom is for me and my husband!
There is a washing machine on request and reservation of day and time will be available for you,). The kitchen is available to prepare breakfasts or dinners, not large meals.
But we will also give you information about good places near the apartment so you can have breakfast for very little money ;)

Muy importante respetar el descanso de los vecinos.
No se puede fumar en todo el apartamento
Mantener la limpieza.
Puedes entrar o salir del apartamento cuando tu lo desees, pero si es por la noche, tienes que hacerlo con prudencia para no despertar a los vecinos ;)
La sala de estar es privada. No se puede acceder a ella .
Nadie ajeno puede entrar en el apartamento
La perdida de llaves tiene un costo de 40 euros
El horario de checking es despues de 15:00 y el de checkout para dejar el apartamento maximo a las 11;00 (pero si no hay una reserva antes o despues , bajo peticion previa, pueden entrar o salir mas tarde ;))
Al dejar la habitacion se tiene que tirar la basura y dejar todo en orden
La hora del Check-in 15:00-22:00 y la hora del check-out 11:00 am
Si el check-in es despues de las 22;00 se cobra un extra de 25€.
Es importante no usar la ducha despues de las 00:00 para respetar el descanso.
Cerrar las puertas con mucho cuidado
IMPORTANTE el baño es *compartido* con otra habitación homestay.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Michael et Yesenia. L'appartement est très propre et bien situé en plein coeur du quartier de Gracia. La chambre est confortable. Michael est très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils de visite. Je recommande ce logement.

Hemos estado durante el fin de semana, son una pareja majísima. La cama muy cómoda y el resto de instalaciones muy limpias. Además, ofrece un hueco en el frigorífico por si es necesario. Buenísima ubicación y trato genial.

I stayed for two weeks at Michael and Yesenia's place. Overall, this was a good experience at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean, the location is amazing, and Michael was a welcoming and friendly host. There was a bit of concern at the beginning, because I had not been informed cash payment would be expected upon arrival, and that's a lot of cash to have on hand for a two-week stay. After some conversation, PayPal was accepted. What made me rate 4 instead of 5 stars, though, was the fact that Yesenia was quite unfriendly, not only to me, but to other guests. The vibe I got was that she did not want guests in her home. This attitude unfortunately created an uncomfortable atmosphere whenever she was home.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
