We are a retired couple who vaios years since rented two single rooms and one double room. The deal on the floor is very helpful and friendly. Any information about Barcelona, public transportation, places, etc ... to inform guests to have a better stay in town.

Ottimo soggiorno. La signora Maria Teresa è una persona molto dolce e molto gentile. In circa 15 minuti a piedi arrivavamo in piazza espana. Muchas gracias

Maria is a nice host and very welcoming. she is very open and nice to the guest. place is very easy to locate and not very far from airport.
however she smoke cigarette a lot and thus the smell of it. the light breakfast is also good.Host reply

Maria es local y muy muy simpático. Para me habitación, creo que muy limpia pero poco frío en marzo porque no hay un calentador. La casa es muy cerca de dos metros líneas y hay que restaurantes y mercados para frutas.
The house got two metro lines so the location is quite good and convenient. You can practice ur Spanish with Maria since she can only speak Spanish and Catalan. We got some help from roommates since Maria told everyone that I lost my psssport and my wallet. Thank you Maria and thank you guys from throughout the world.

Maria is very nice person, the house is clean and the dog is very smart. It might be little issue for only Maria speaks Spanish. However, this is a very good opportunity for people to experience that who really stay in Spain.
People around are nice, very local and i will go back to stay again

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
