The apartment is located a few meters from the famous Barcelona Cathedral.
The location is the Gothic Quarter very famous for its monuments and its secret places.
The location is central, you get to all the tourist places, restaurants, beach, nightclubs and cocktail bars on foot.
Check in time to the apartment is from 14:00.
Check out is at 12:00, There is an option to leave your things after check out.
When you enter the apartment you leave your shoes at the entrance, You have disposable slippers at your disposal to walk around in the apartment.
The rooms are private with large windows, decorated with different themes.
*The Golden Room & Private Study and King Room
They are rooms with a private study area, where you can work without any noise.
* The Queen Room is a room with large windows and a beautiful private terrace.
The towels that are delivered to you are courtesy of the house.
The bathroom area is shared with the guests, you will always find it clean.
Cleanliness is very important in my apartment, because I like guests to feel at home.
The location is very central as you have the Cathedral of Barcelona and tourist places just a few meters away.
It's in the middle of El Gótico, where you can find everything you need to see in Barcelona.
It's close to everything museums historic buildings, but also Las Ramblas, the beach, clubs, shopping area, luxury boutiques etc etc.
You have a 2 minute walk to a Laundry and a 24hour Supermarket.
The apartment is situated about 2 minutes walking from the metro, bus and train stations. The public transport in Barcelona is excellent, easy to use and a cheap way to get yourself around town.

House Rules
The first day of your arrival, you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
Payment methods are made through PayPal, That same day you will have to pay an economic deposit according to the days of the reservation.
That deposit will be returned the day you leave the room and the property in the proper conditions as you found it on the first day of your stay.
Check in time is at 13:30 and Check out time is from 12:00.
You can leave your bags after checking in and come to pick it up at the agreed time.
In the bathroom area, being shared by the guests, you will always find a person cleaning several times a day.
I like that the guests always feel at home.
Therefore, I always ask for ORDER and CLEANLINESS.
When entering and leaving the apartment, close the door very carefully without making a lot of noise.
After 22:00 moderate the tone of voice, do not speak as if you were in a disco.
If you arrive at dawn try not to scream inside the building, remember that there are other people sleeping.
The space of the shower screen is for one person.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, outside the building there is a park.

My holiday was wonderful, thanks to Sisy and her home in Gotico. Sisy was the best host I have ever had. We became friends. She is such a warm and listening and open person, 10 points for her, she really made me feel at home. Her apartment had great location, just in the very center of Barcelona, 5 min. walk to Plaza Catalonia.I did not need any public transportation, I walked everywhere. The apartment was safe, quiet (in spite of the centric location) and very clean. Sisy cleaned the apartment all times. I could not have asked for anything more. I will go back as soon as possible. I can recommend Sisy and her place from all my heart!

Sisy es una excelente anfitriona, muy amable y servicial, abierta a cualquier consulta. Su casa es muy cómoda, tiene todos los servicios que se puedan necesitar para una buena estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable. Súper recomendable para cuando visiten Barcelona! Espero volver a alojarme pronto!

First of all - Sisy is wonderfull person We really recommend her house. We slept in a room with balcony. Room was nice, big bed and wardrobe. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Place is in the city center, Gothic district. There lots of bars and restaurants with great paella and tapas. From this trip we are in love with Barcelona. Thank you very much Sisy! Mi fin de semana en casa de Sisy fue fantastico no tengo nada negativo que decir una comunicacion magnifica desde la llegada hasta la salida el apartamento muy limpio al igual que la habitacion sisy muy simpatica y amable en cuanto pueda regresare me encanto de mi parte 5 corazones

Sisy is an amazing host! So kind hearted and very helpful! She is always willing to advise on anything you need. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend it The place was perfectly clean and close to the most important attractions in the city

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
