Je vous recommande de faire attention, le logeur nous a mis à la porte au milieu du séjour ( lundi alors que nous avions payé jusqu'a vendredi...) pour suspicion de covid et ignore tous nos message concernant le remboursement depuis, bien qu'il nous l'avait promis!
Il a éssayer de nous virer un soir après 20H00 alors que nous sommes deux jeunes filles de 18ans. Apres lui avoir expliqué que nous ne pouvions pas dormir dehors il à accepté de nous laisser passer la nuit la si nous partions le lendemain matin tôt, ce que nous avons dû faire. il nous avait aussi promis un remboursement mais nous n'en avons jamais vu la couleur malgré multiples demandes...I recommend you to be careful, the landlord kicked us out in the middle of our stay (on Monday when we had paid until Friday...) for suspicion of covid and ignores all our messages concerning the refund since then, although he had promised us!
He tried to kick us out one night after 8pm even though we are two 18 year old girls. After explaining to him that we could not sleep outside he agreed to let us stay there if we left early the next morning, which we had to do. He also promised us a refund but we never saw the color of it despite multiple requests...
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
