Central location, sunny, comfortable, clean, cozy and perfect.

Internet: High speed Wifi, easy to connect and works perfectly everywhere in the house.
Location: In the heart of Barcelona, next to the San Antoni market, a few steps from the L3 metro and the bus stop is right in front of the house. Unbeatable connection with all transport to the airport and public transport. In addition there is a bicycle rental shop attached to the house. Supermarkets and banks in the same block as the house.
Common area: There is a common area equipped with a fridge, freezer, kettle, tea, infusions, coffee cups, teaspoons and forks. If you need something else, you can tell me without any problem.
Arrival: I take care of the check in of the guests. Check in is flexible, that is, a priori it is at 12 noon but if the room is available you can enter earlier without any problem. We all want you to enjoy Barcelona from minute 1 of your arrival and I will work for it. The check-in time limit is 11:30 p.m. at night.

The San Antoni area is known as the “Little Italy” for having tree-lined streets with beautiful buildings with elements of 1892 Catalan, Mediterranean and colorful architecture. Theaters, coffee shops, markets, boulevards and tree-lined avenues characterize this neighborhood.
2 streets of coffee shops in the area, Parlament street, with restaurants and coffee shops of all kinds, with trees and pedestrian areas to read, drink and spend the afternoon. Or the tapas area that is in Poble Sec, Blai street.
GREEN AREA, BARCELONA LUNG AND PANORAMIC VIEW AREA:
1 green area, Montjuic 5 minutes walk from home, is mountain with parks and views of all Barcelona, certainly a pleasant place to visit, take good panoramic photos of the city. The internal Montjuic parks of the Mediterranean style with its ancient fountains and walks that connect one park with the other gives you the feeling of being in Tuscany from one moment to another. There is also the cable car to be able to climb and see the views from the heights.

The metro lines L2 and L3 and bus 21, D20 H14 V11 are a few meters from the property since Paralel is one of the main avenues of Barcelona where all public transport passes. Going up this street you will find Plaza de España something obligatory to visit (8 mins walk from home). Going down Av. There are 2 public bicycle stations a few passes from the property.

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
