American female, living in Barcelona 15 years. I live in a beautiful, quiet, architectual house near the Sagrada Familia and the Estrella Damm beer factory.
This rental is for the ROOM ONLY, which has it's own private bath, and is on it's own floor, so you'll have lots of privacy. The rest of the house is upstairs and access is restricted.
There is a kettle in the room.
There are two cats in the house but they have not been allowed in the guest room to avoid any issues with allergies.
All facilities are new, contemperary and comfortable. Welcome!

About the Area
House near the Modernista Hospital Sant Pau and Rambla Gaudi. A location very well connected with the metro station just steps away, bus stops across the street. You are one street away from Ramble Gaudi, a pretty pedestrian street with lots of cafes and restaurants and trees, that leads straight to the Sagrada Familia church.

Britt's house was in the perfect location to explore Barcelona. She was attentive and caring about our stay during the whole time, and I have no words to express how incredible this experience was.

A nice room in a Morden house very central. Just 2 min from metro. Restaurants and bars are all over the place .
A private bathroom is en additional plus. Easy self check-in and checkout.October 2022

It was nice to stay in this modern and very well located room for a couple of days. The host is nice and very accomodating, we will not hesitate to come back here if we are in Barcelona.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
