Cozy attic in old factory area of Barcelona, modified to have all the comforts of a home. A few minutes from the Levante beach and with good communication by public transport (metro and buses) to the old town and other areas of interest in Barcelona.
In the house I live (Brazilian) and my partner (Italian). We like to travel, make friends, books, movies, music, multicultural culinary, etc.
Quiet atmosphere, but there may be some noise in the environment, mainly during working hours.
The bathroom is shared, you can use the kitchen, the patio and the lounge, they have towels and sheets. The washing machine can be used (€ 4 per wash).
In addition to Spanish we speak Portuguese, Italian, English and Arabic.
We have a cat in the house.

Our house is located north of the city, just 3 kilometers from the city center. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. There are metro and tram stations nearby.

The house is simply amazing! It is located near transports to Barcelona downtown and is well equipped. Everything is made by George and her wife, accommodating our every need and making our stay really comfortable and special.
So If you are passing through this place don't hesitate to stay here! We will definitely come back to stay longer....November 2018
My husband and I stayed with George and Shadia for 3 days during our first visit to Barcelona. They were very nice and friendly to us, answered all our questions and helped whenever we needed. The room is very comfortable and cosy and the house is just beautiful. It was perfectly clean everywhere. Thank you very much, George and Shadia, due to you we remembered Barcelona as the most wonderful city of our travel!

It was lovely to stay at this place. The attic was very comfortable. The bed is quite big and comfortable. There was an air conditioner, it saved us from the very hot weather. It's only one guest room in the apartment, so there is no line to the bathroom, it's great. The hosts we very helpful and communicative, we practised spanish and english. I recommend this place, it's a good combination of price and conditions
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
