  Very rude and distant. I dont think that they understand how doorbell works. Its not a magic bell that when you ring it someone magically appears from knowhere. Took us 2 min to open the door and the first sentence she said does the doorbell doesnt work? Banged few times on the wall to keep the noise down even though my girlfriend and I were just talking. For the price they booked I dont know what they expected. My girlfriend let them in and explain about the apartment. My girlfriend spoke to them but they never asked for more instructions. On my profile and house rules it clearly states about check in time but they had a problem with that. They asked me to drop the bags earlier but if they simply read the rules they would know that its not possible.
