Fique com Tracey em minha casa de 4 quartos em Oceanside. Disponível será 1 quarto individual mobiliado com cama de casal, mesa, TV. Temos muitos interesses variados; cozinhar e assistir filmes.
Divida a casa com a mãe, um filho de 21 anos e nosso cachorro da família, que é uma mistura de terrier e muito amigável e fácil de lidar. Também temos um cachorrinho francês.

This is an awesome homestay!
Tracey accommodated me in a clean and newly renovated modern room.
She is pleasant and flexible; You will enjoy living with her!
A nearby mall with a supermarket, restaurants, and a gym is within walking distance. The location is highly convenient.
I was fortunate to stay at Tracey's house during this housing situation in California. The cost was very reasonable compared to other places.

Tracey is the best host!!! She is very easygoing and friendly, and welcomes you to her home. She let me to treat her house like your own house so I felt very comfortable being in her house. The location is convenient since there is a little shopping plaza and a train station in like 5-10 mins away by foot, so it is very accessible even though you don’t have a car. It was a great experience to stay at her house:)

Talk about an Angel! Tracey was pleasant and i was welcomed into the home. The house is magnificent and the rooms are very comfortable. I was here in between a transition into my new home and i genuinely feel lucky to have found this home. 1000× better than a motel!

Tracey & her family are great hosts though I had couple problems. First, the distance to ocean/city center was listed as 2.3kms on the home stay site; it was actually about 5 miles , too far to walk & generally quite removed from Oceanside activities. Secondly, there were 4 bedrooms in the home but because the son was home for holidays (which was great), I was put into the younger son's room which opened to the hallway (no privacy & dog really wanted to visit) & was quite uncomfortable to be using a formerly 'actively-used' bed along with his stuffies, childhood pictures & electronics!! Bathrooms were shared with family which just didn't 'work' for me. Tracey provided fresh fruit in the kitchen & I was able to sit on the patio which was fully fenced. Her son drove me to my next accommodation which was greatly appreciated. Don't recommend this place other than for students great

As you can see I really enjoyed my time in California at Tracey's! It was my first time in the USA and I loved it. The Family is super cool and they tried to show me as much as possible for example we visited Las Vegas, San Diego and went to Universal Studios. The House is not far away from the train so if you want to do things alone you could take the sprinter to places like the beach. The beach is about 10 mins away and it's beautiful.Tracey and her family are really helpful when ever I had questions or needed help there was always someone I could talk to. The food at home and in general in america was awesome! My room was super clean and nice. I had a big Tv, a huge, comfortable bed and a fan ! They are a normal and easy going family. I can just recommend to stay there !

They were really aimed to help you with everything and that you see a lot of things while you are staying with them.

This homestay was really great.
As you can see on the stars scales I was really amazed by the whole experience.
This was my first homestay and my first time in the US.
And I can say I enjoyed it.
They showed me arround and really took their time with it.
Everywhere they went they asked me if I wanted to come with.
And they did a lot.
We where at Disneyland, Wildrivers, Downtown San Diego and a lot more.
I never felt alone or lost at all.
There always was someone to ask and to show me arround.
Also the Room is as tidy as the whole house.
Also there is a big closet, TiVo and everything else you might need, like WIFI.
The family is really friendly and they gave me a warm welcome when they picked my up at the airport in the middle of the night.
The location is also really nice in a save and beautiful neighborhood.
Only if you want to go out all night there is not really a bar directly in the neighborhood, but you can always take a cab to carlsbad.
So to summ up I can only recommend you to stay there.Março 2010
