Eu moro em uma casa vitoriana substancial em uma aldeia urbana de luxo, Moseley. Embora a poucos minutos do centro da cidade, Edgbaston Cricket Ground e ao lado Moseley parque privado é calma, selecionar e tem estacionamento. Aldeia Moseley serviu lugar para restaurantes, cafés e locais de wholefood em toda a Birmingham. Temos 4 gatos e animais de amor e agricultura. A casa tem 6 quartos 4 com as suas próprias instalações de lavagem mais duas casas de banho adicionais e um banheiro separado, mas só aceita hóspedes em um máximo de dois dos quartos, enquanto meus filhos estão na universidade ou em férias com seus amigos. Eu tenho um 1/2 jardim bem abastecido onde os hóspedes são convidados a utilizar.

Nossa casa está em uma aldeia urbana tranquila e segura de Moseley a apenas 3 km do centro da cidade e bem servido por 10 ônibus minuto e ciclovia. Fica a 15 minutos da Universidade de São Paulo, ea 5 minutos do Edgbaston Cricket Ground. Moseley foi o berço de Tolkien e tem uma comunidade próspera, com Folk e festivais de jazz no verão. A vila tem 5 cafés da moda, 15 restaurantes, cobrindo todos os gostos de Michelin para Tapas para Birmingham Balti, e uma selecção de bares da Irish para Cocktail .... Há locais maduros e lugar para os alunos ...

Eu tenho um livreto que define o funcionamento da minha casa e todas as regras da casa. Vou enviar-lhe uma cópia antes da sua chegada. Tem o material normal lá você esperaria para sua casa !!! Além disso, você quebra, você conserta.

Fast response to our request and excellent communication throughout. We had a lovely stay. Great house (once we found it. Really must get a Satnov!) Thanks for use of the fridge. Hope you didn't mind me feeding 3 of the cats. They greeted us when we came down and followed us round doing a really good 'we are starving' impression so I put down a couple of pouches which they hoovered up. I believe it was Moseley festival so lots going on. Very good local bus services got us to our friend's birthday party. All in all, great, and we will be in touch if we are looking for a place to stay in that area again.

The house is a perfect match for people choosing for character over convenience and are happy to improvise along the charm of the house, e.g. the original wooden door of my room couldn’t be closed and the window couldn't stay open on its own. Most of the time, I stayed with a second fellow renter in the huge house or even on my own. The owner or the owner’s children pass by during weekends or vacations. The house comes with a beautiful garden and four cats. The cats are not allowed in the house anymore but may occupy the garden room and have their own cat door to leave and enter the house. The renters are expected to feed the cats during times when no family members are around.

Arrived in the daytime and the owner's soon let us in as owner was out. House was a complete mess and only one room was ready even though we'd booked 2. Cat hairs everywhere. No locks on the bedroom doors or bathroom door. Massive fight by the owners around midnight one evening. No mention of breakfast. Beautiful houses on the road and very quiet street but there's no way this house should be on homestay or any other accommodations website.

I would like to respond that I informed the guest two weeks in advance that we would have 13 guests at my home as it was the Moseley festival. She confirmed she was attending the festival and did not wish to cancel. I also explained I was on holiday the week before but my son and daughter were there to let them in if they arrived early ie at lunch time when they were booked in for the night. It is true there was an argument when we had too much alcohol on the saturday but it was resolved in the morningand they continued to stay sunday night without any comment. We have no intention of having locks on doors in our home as it is a family house and not a hotel. I think that these guests and us are a total mismatch and not up to the normal responses of our homestayers many of whom are back several times so we are not free.

A very convenient place to stay for matches at Edgabston cricket ground . The parents in the family were absent throughout my stay but the daughter was able to fill in without any trouble. The room was a bit unconvential as it apparently was normally used by one of the family and no attempt had been made to clear his belongings prior to my stay. The neighbourhood was quiet however and within easy reach of local shops, restaurants etc

My stay with Sally and Chris was enjoyable as I was made to feel welcomed from the very moment the door opened to the time I left.
The house was very homely and located in one of the nicer parts of Birmingham, a short trip to the shops, I was able to get everything I needed; and I needed everything
The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet; it even had its own private park only accessible by key fob.I would definitely return if I have the chance.

Thank you Sally for the great hospitality! I stayed in the house for one week and it exceeded my expectations. Sally went far beyond her duties to make me feel welcomed and at home. It was a pleasure to hear all the amazing life stories she has to tell. And at the end she even offered me a lift on her car, which was a huge help considering the amount of luggage I had. I couldn't be happier with my stay there. Cheers
