Hello!
I have three large bedrooms and a single room with a complete bathroom dhared only betwen guests, and wifi. The apartment is a tipical ancient flat ,in the heart of Barcelona, in the Gothic Quarter in a pedestrian street, close to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, the Cathedral and a few minutes from the beaches of Barcelona, very well connected with all the amenities and all you need.
Rooms with balcony, wardrobe, king size bed and possibility of 2 or 3 single beds in each room. Towels, bed linen , beach towels and hairdrier available. Breakfast is included. Use the kitchen to cook is NOT PERMITTED. guests can use the microwave and keep food in the fridge and use the kitchen to eat. It's not allowed to eat and keep food in the bedrooms.
I'm an italian painter living in an independent part of the house and speaking Spanish, Italian, English and French.
* It is important that you download WhatsApp to have better communication after the booking is confirmed since I use it to send you all details about the property.
My home provides a relaxed and original atmosphere, but above all a smiling and Mediterranean welcome! I will help you to book touristic entrances and suggest restaurants, rent a bike and all you need to enjoy Barcelona

Stay on weekends, minimum two nights.Please write me before booking to control the avalaibility of the BEDROOMS.
Remember that "homesharing" is not rent all the house or go to a cheaper hotel, it's a good way to live the town from inside and share little moments.

Respect the other guest's resting time.
Eating and keep food in the bedrooms is not permitted, guests can eat in the kitchen and also keep food there. Guests can use microwave, Nespresso, cuttle and all is necessary to eat (plates, glass...), it's possible to warm food. Switch off lights and fun when guests are not at home.
Respect the cleaning of the bathroom.
The basic rules to live the house in a good wave, the simple rules that all have when at their home and they would like by guests at their home.

Stefania is an amazing person. I can always recommend her especially at Mobile World Conference time, cause she has still fair prices even with breakfast. She also gave me an iron, bottle of water and the heating was also on.

En plus d'être accueillante, drôle et généreuse, Stefania est toujours prête à donner les meilleures adresses de Barcelone (restau, expo, lieux à visiter, salle de concerts), avec les infos pour s'y rendre. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuners gourmands et l'appartement qui est à l'image de la personne... très agréable et haut en couleurs. en quelques mots : chez Stéfania ... the place to be in Barcelona !!!

I could not have chosen a better option for accommodations for my stay in Barcelona than staying in the home of Stefania. My delight goes well beyond the super comfortable bed, location convenient to downtown sights and airport transportation, the helpful pre-visit communications, and included breakfast - these alone would have justified a stellar ranking. What I was most impressed with and grateful for was the warmth, generosity, and kindness of Stefania, which was evident in all the ways she thoughtfully anticipated visitors' needs, in the conversations between hostess and guests over breakfast and in the evening, and in the ways her willingness to be authentic, accessible, and open created an immediate friendship bond. What a privilege for a tourist to feel so welcomed in a home as a guest, and to leave feeling like a friend! Thank you Stefania!

Stefania is probably the most wonderful host we've ever came across on a trip! She was super kind and payed attention to every detail, and the cakes she made for us (?!) are super-delicious! The apartment is very original, cozy, clean and unique! You have everything you need. The beds are comfortable and despite you are in the center of the city very quite! The location is perfect, you just need to leave the house to find yourself in the middle of the action!
Communication was easy, fast and excellent!
We are very happy that we've got to know Stefania and looking forward staying at her place next time we are in the city!!!Host reply

Ambiance calme dans cet appartement à la déco "vintage" très chaleureuse, avec présence de l'animation de la rue dans ce quartier animé... et magnifique terrasse su le toit . Stefania est sympathique et discrète . Chacun se sent libre et chez soi.
