The room is my office, place where I keep my papers, dossiers, books and CDs.
I live a full time in my house and this room is next the mine. It has a bathroom, attached, which I reserve for the exclusive use of the guests, because I have another one for me.
To sleep there is a sofa bed. ~Quite comfortable, it is always a sofa bed where you can sleep in a short vacation. On the sofa can sleep 2 persons but in this case the price will be 18 for the second. The room is on the street side and you can hear cars passing but the noise is smoother after the installation of double doors.
My guests are free to enter and leave, taking care only with the noise in order don't disturb the neighbors.
Although located in an old street of the city, close to the Antas and Estádio do Dragao it's an area easily accessible, with everything that is essential: restaurants, cafes stationery, grocery, bakeries supermarkets, public laundry, post office, photocopies, train stations (especially Campanhã) and very close bus and metro stops, including bus 203 that goes directly to the sea.
The city center is a 15/20 minutes walking and easily. But if you want to go by metro Marquês station is 8 minutes walking and there you take the metro to the center and to any other place in the metropolitan area.
To use the kitchen has a price.

Staying at Eulalia’s place was like being at home. Eulalia is very welcoming and kind. She goes out of her way to try and help her guests with whatever they might need. Her house is very nice and so is the room. It is decorated with very good taste and the sofa bed is very comfy, feels like a normal bed really. The area is very peaceful and well connected to the centre by public transport. However I used to walk to the centre because it takes only 15 minutes. To sum it up - a real homestay - which is most welcomed because they’re becoming quite difficult to find. Stay there when you visit Porto. I highly recommend the place and I will definitely go back.

Eulalia is great hostess. Her home so cozy and lovely. She provided me nice tea and biscuits on arrival night and very morning. Even shared with me her Portuguese soup and chocolates etc....She is absolute charming lady, very friendly and nice. High recommend.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
