Accommodation in a house 5m from the city of Aveiro and 15m from the beach, very comfortable, with good access.
The house comprises ground floor and 1st floor, with the bedroom located on the ground floor. It is a modern and recent house. It was built by the family.
the decor is simple but tasteful. It has a backyard, garden and outdoor space that can be used by guests. The family has a female boxer.
The family enjoys outdoor activities, picnics and walks along the Aveiro estuary. He has a small boat that he uses to go out on vacation and at the weekend.

About the Area
The house is located in a very close to the center of the city Aveiro, only 3km, well served by public transport, supermarkets. Quiet and beautiful area. Zone with access to the famous Ria de Aveiro.
The city of Aveiro is well-known, capital of the District of Aveiro, located in the Center Region, sub-region of Baixo Vouga, with about 78 450 inhabitants, being the 4th largest city in the Central Region of Portugal.
Aveiro is also called the "Venice" of Portugal because it is crossed by the channels of its Ria, in which daily boats filled with tourists.
The "Ovos Moles de Aveiro" is a very pleasant traditional sweet and much sought after by Portuguese or foreigners.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
