Hello, I rent the room New York at my house.
My house is located in an urbanization in Lisbon called Alfornelos, with transport within 5 minutes walk to all Lisbon sites, including Subway (Metropolitano, Linha Azul- Blue Line).
There are supermarkets at the foot of the house, gardens, indoor swimming pools, restaurant and various services. The apartment has a lot of light, it is a 6th floor with two elevators in the building.
The room can fit one guest or two because the bed can be opened up for two people.
I speak a little English, French and of course, Portuguese!
My house is nice and very quiet and peaceful.
I have one old and quiet cat that can not even be found in the apartment!

Cancellation policy: in case you hire a rental period and give up half way through the contract there will be no place to refund any amount. The payment of the rental value is made on the first day of stay upon your arrival. On that date also a symbolic value (70 €) is requested for any damage inside the apartment (breakage of utensils, etc.) that will be returned at the exit or end of rental in case it is not necessary to pay for some damage.

About the Area

My house is situated in a neighborhood near Lisbon, in the city of Amadora, called Alfornelos, with transport within 5 minutes walk to all Lisbon sites. There is a supermarket two minutes from my house, garden in front of the apartment, very bright apartment on a 6th floor, elevator, close trade. It has Metropolitano for the Center of Lisbon, line Blue.

The building is very quiet. There can be no noise after midnight. You can use the kiten but you will have to clean it after using it.
Access to the kitchen to cook your meals as well as laundry once a week.
You won't be able to smoke at home.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
