2 Story Apartment with Balcony on the 2nd Floor;
2 Toilets ( locaed on the ground floor next to the shower and also in the 2nd floor);
1 shower (separate from the toilets and it is located on the ground floor) with shower head that can be held by hand as well (no heater);
Kitchen (light cooking allowed) - rice cooker, electric kettle, water dispenser, microwave oven, oven toaster, fridge...
Air condition and Ceiling Fan;
5 mins to malls, attractions, food, stores, entertainment;
20 mins from the airport;
15mins to white beaches;
Public transport - buses, jeepney, taxi isx very accessible and they run 24hrs
Public basketball, pool tables, dart area at the back of the apartment - you can play with the locals.
Tennis court - first come, first serve
No free-internet; No heater in the shower; No washing machine (but can wash and hang in the balcony).
Around the area close-by has gym, golf course, zip line, parks, hilltop restaurants, swimming pools, malls, entertainment, cafes, mini mart, convenient stores, pharmacies, wet markets, massage/spa/salon, clinics, universities, schools...

House Rules
Air-condition, fan and any electronic devices must be switched off when not in use and when out from the premise.
Please do not on the air con 24 hours. Electricity is very expensive.
Bedsheet, pillow cases and towel will only be changed every 2 weeks.
Soap and toilet paper is only complimentary one time (upon arrival)
Mobile Wifi is available for Php100/day (ask for availability)
Light cooking only.
We also have iron (for clothes), iron (for hair) and hair dryer - they are chargeable as electricity is very expensive. Just ask!
Laundry can be done as well - chargeable. Just ask!
If you need house cleaning. We can do so for a small fee - talk to us when you move in.
No prohibited activities allowed.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
