our home is in a friendly and safe nieghborhood,where most of those in our area are related .,we are just a few minutes away from tourist spots here in baguio city, we are even 45 minutes away by ride to local mining areas where curious and adventurous guest can go and explore..., we have 2 kids and many dogs but the dogs only stays outside and are not allowed inside..,we live near the road so transportation is easy...my husband is a great chef/cook and can prepare a great meal for our guests upon request...our house has a terrace where you can have your breakfast with a great mountain view, barbeque time is perfect during night time..we have separate doors so you can have ypur own privacy...we have plenty of hospitality to share with you...

About the Area
our house is 10 to 15 minutes away from the city proper Baguio city, but we are only 5 minutes ride away from most of the local tourist spot in Baguio city ride is easily available, we are just along the road.. our community is a safe place and is very welcoming to local and foriegn tourists..transpo is easy just wait along the road to hail a taxi or local jeep passing along the road..

no smoking inside the house if you need to do it outside.
if you have kids with you instruct them not to write on the walls.
keep noise at a minimum level.
any breakage will be replaced or be paid.
no inviting of strangers in our home only those who are listed ahead of time will be allowed.
you are welcome in our home to stay and enjoy your vacation but any illegal or dangerous activities is not allowed and is not tolerated...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
