Ours is a bilingual (English & Spanish) and biracial family of 3, a dog and two birds, and live in the countryside of Panama. We want our home to be a retreat for you, your family, friend (s) or travel companion. Our venture into the growing entrepreneur business of home-based businesses began in February 2008 when we moved to Santo Domingo, the land of our roots and heritage. We have been persistent, hard workers and believe in what we do. We try to put ourselves in our guests’ shoes and want your experience to be unique, unforgettable and above all, want you to cherish your memories of Santo Domingo de Las Tablas, Panama forever! Ours is a small but warmth- filled family bed and breakfast. We do our best to fulfill our guests need to know about Panama, our culture, and way of living. Our guests are the reason why we do enjoy this line of business.

About the Area
Our community is very supportive and takes pride in showing our folklore and hosting tourists, national and foreigners. We want you to experience a bit of Panama, and make your stay unique. We do our best to nurture our guests and offer a new opportunity for them to experience life in this little neck of the woods. Most locals are quick to welcome all visitors. You will be greeted with a warm smile and happy hello ("buenas") in the streets you walk by. The friendliness in this rural farming town helps us cultivate our very own strong community sense of hospitality and openness. We all want to make sure our visitors feel welcome and a good time. The province of Los Santos enjoys a low crime rate and Santo Domingo is not the exception. We benefit from a widespread sense of security that resonates on our willingness to open our doors to foreigners and strangers. We live in house built close to each other, right next to our neighbors where we see and greet each other every day. We are very welcoming to tourists and new residents. The community is quiet, chilled out, laid back, tranquil as well as happy and friendly. It is the perfect place to escape pollution, noise and traffic but near beautiful beaches, some mountains and many local festivals, with restaurants and bars within 40 minutes or less drive, We believe in the innovation of our offer and services. Ours is a land of traditions with an enriched cultural heritage that comes from our Spanish, Indigenous and African mixed roots, reflected in our music, dances and foods. We encourage all, to be open and receptive of all of it. Las Tablas in general, and Santo Domingo, in particular, is a close community, safe, vibrant and mostly, welcoming. We support local artists, manufacturers and artisans. Las Tablas, along with all its 24 townships is evolving, as all good things are meant to do. We are proud on how we live and the culture we live in.
