Single woman looking to host adult student while living in New Zealand. . I have two cats and a little dog. Double room with double wardrobe . Will have desk available at time of occupation if required. Plenty of space to park your car or bike in the garage. Large open plan dining and living and very shared bathroom. My house is located close to the city and beaches. The Tannery is another attraction to this area. Bus route to all locations and the CBD

About the Area
My house is close to all amenities within the Christchurch area. Close to the bus stop and all shopping centres and three supermarkets. Many restaurants and cafes are close to the area within 3km. Sunmer beach is within 5km and New Brighton beach also within 5km. My house is located in a little land and is very quite and no traffic noise at all.

Margaret's house is beautiful and she is such a warm and friendly person, I had a lovely time. The bed is amazingly comfortable too. i felt i had made a new friend.

From the very first message I received from Margaret I knew that this experience would be something special. Margaret went to great lengths to make feel at home including inviting me to a dinner party which she had organised prior to my arrival. Margaret and her friends made me feel truly at home. Without committing Margaret to a future course of action, she arranged to meet me at the bus terminal when I arrived. She showed me where the local.facilities were located and provided information about local.bus services.
The room was spacious and well appointed. I shared a show facility with Margaret and was able to use all facilities such as kitchen, laundry and ironing. Even the pets were introduced to me. I was free to.come and go as I pleased (which I did). I can't speak.highly enough of ,Margaret as a host or of her home (with emphasis on the word 'home'). If anyone is seeking a lodging facility when visiting Christchurch, consider staying with Margaret. Thank you Margaret
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
