Our family lives in a four bed room house in Manurewa, South of Auckland, New Zealand. With my husband and four children. Our home is in a seven minute walk to the Clendon shopping center, the town has a full shopping center, which is equipped with a hair salon, nail beautician, cafe, Subway, Mc Donald's and so much more.
Our kitchen, lounge is an open planning area with all four bedrooms on the second level with the bathroom and toilet up stairs. Our section is fully fenced from the back yard which gives some privacy when we are all out back enjoying a quiet picnic, BBQ and or light beverage with friends.
Our home offers a safe environment for our family and guest, the area offers a lot of parks where you can take a stroll, run or even just to catch a bit of yoga time at the beach.
Our home is brand new so yay, I like to cook and bake so maybe you might just catch me in the mood to muster up home cooked meals and freshly baked cakes or biscuits.
My family like to laugh, be loud and enjoy each others company, we like to do a lot of outings, like chill at the beach during the summer so I hope we can share in your once in a life time experience with you while exploring our country!!!!

House Rules
I think it all comes down to respect! while we all know respect comes in many forms I'm sure you know that it is always best to ask before following through with something.
Always double check that you lock up the front door before leaving the house.
When using the kitchen please be sure to keep it clean
Please don't invite people and or friends into the house without agreeing it through with Matthew and I.
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight
There is to be no adults in the children's rooms at all times unless Matthew or I are in there.
Other than that I really do want you to enjoy your holiday and treat our home like you would your parents.
Payment must be discussed before arrival with myself.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
