Large family home with 4 bedrooms , three bathrooms, two big living areas and a double garage. the house has a huge lovely garden.
The house is in a quite suburb in the east of Auckland 20 minutes from city center. You can enjoy the beaches and cafe's and restaurants very close.
Only two university students are currently living in the house.
**I do not provide a light breakfast. All meals must be arranged by the tenant.

If you want to stay in a confortable, nice, peaceful and friendly house go to Nadia's House. Great family to stay. Beatifull place and wonderfull house.

I had a really great time at Nadia's house! Her lovely children (and the two cats of course) made me feel welcome right from the beginning. The house and the room are really nice and spacious and there is a kitchen and a washing machine available. It's the perfect place to stay, the house is situated in a nice neighbourhood and a little bit outside of the busy city with everything you need in walking distance. The connection to the central city is good, there is a bus driving every 15-30 minutes. I can recommend that homestay for 100% and would choose that homestay over and over again!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
