Luxury, executive home. Very large, quiet, neat and spacious with a relaxed atmosphere. Parking outside. Large bedroom with quality queen sized bed, wardrobe and large bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, underfloor heating and heated towel rail. House is warm / cool and dry due to temperature control and has air filters and air conditioning. All linen and towels are provided. Includes unlimited wifi for streaming as well as tv room with big screen. Piano and small library. We have two bicycles which you are welcome to borrow to ride around the area during your stay.

My daughter and I live in the home and we have two rooms at the bottom with one large bathroom to share. There is a grand piano, library and very large TV screen and leather sofas in the bottom living area that lead out onto a covered verandah. At the moment, there is one room available.

About the Area
Our house is located on the top of a hill near one of Auckland's top golf courses - North Shore Golf Club, on the north end of Auckland, overlooking the area called the North Shore. Beautiful beaches are close by, with lovely cafes. The airport is only a 25 minute drive with easy access to the motorways. The suburb is quiet with a beautiful stream and park with forest outlook. Our neighbourhood is primarily Kiwi / Asian with a lovely atmosphere. Main shopping centre and movies are 5 minutes away. There is also an asian supermarket up the road and many great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Two gyms very close by, as well as parks, basketball courts, tennis and golf club. Close to Massey University and top schools within walking distance and on main bus routes. The bonus is our very own bus stop across the road which runs every 30 minutes to Constellation which connects to all main stops in Auckland.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
