HI I AM Federica, an italian lady, living here with my son Diego. I am a language teacher , so I can teach You Spanish. We rent 2 rooms in our house. The rooms host 2 pax and have a double bed and air-conditioned. The house is located in a gated, safe community, it's on 3 floors. The suburb is very exclusive, with security, large 25 m long swimming pool, playground, mini soccer ground, gym. There is a small gym and an area for yoga and exercise outdoor. The wifi is free 24/24. It is very safe for children to play around alone. The house is in front of the Mall la Gran Plaza, where a Wallmart is, 9 cinemas and hundreds of shops and fast foods. You can go to the beach easily by bus or taxi (15 minutes ride costs about 10 usd). We have friends coming to visit, especially on winter holidays.

About the Area
The house is downtown, in a very safe area. Cancún is divided in 3 áreas: the Colonias (poor suburbs), Downtown ( where the people lives) and the Hotel Zone (hotels and houses for tourist or rich people only). We live in front of a mall called La Gran Plaza, where Wallmart and a hundred of shops are. There are also 9 theatres or cinemas and Fast Foods, Sanborns and Suburbia. Tere are taxis day an dnight passing in front of the house. and the bus stop is just across the street

We had a lovely time at Federica's. We stayed here with our 2 daughters aged 6 and 8. They loved the pool within 2 mins walk from the house, inside the gated community, which felt safe and comfortable, yet within easy reach of all of downtown Cancun (taxis are 3$ to anywhere in downtown!). Federica was very friendly and picked us up from the airport for a small fee, and the room was big and comfortable with 2 double beds. It was a bit hot in the room for us (we are not used to the Mexican heat, especially not cooling down much at night!) but apart from that, our stay was great! Would highly reccomend.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
